Waves Behavioral Health is currently in network with Optum/United, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and Harvard Pilgrim in New Hampshire. If you live in New Hampshire and have another Blue Cross plan, those are often accepted. 

 

It is recommended to check with your insurer to make sure we are covered by your specific plan. Some insurance companies may contract with one of the plans above for mental health benefits, so you may be covered even if your card does not say one of the plans above. You may also have out of network coverage that will reimburse a specific amount per visit.

 

The patient must physically be in New Hampshire or Massachusetts to receive care. I am not currently in-network with any insurance plans in Massachusetts, but can see clients who are there during our visits.

For out of network reimbursement, I am happy to submit the claim to your insurer and then send  the balance to you, or furnish a superbill to you to send to your insurer or use for your HSA/FSA.

Self-pay arrangements are also welcome.
